Diane has been consulting in strategy, marketing and e-business since 2000. Previously Diane held executive positions at Lucent Technologies with responsibility for strategy, marketing, new product introduction, customer service, e-business and product R&D. She has experience in marketing, team building, training, coaching, developing organizational diversity, process re-engineering, media relations and bringing new technology to market. Diane began her career with AT&T in the prestigious Bell Laboratories as a member of the telecommunications development team. Diane holds B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She also earned an M.S. Degree in Management, Stanford Sloan Program from Stanford University in California. Diane holds eight patents and has published papers in technical and marketing journals. Diane is currently on the Board of Directors of the Lupus Foundation of America, IL Chapter, is a volunteer for Executive Service Corps of Chicago and has held leadership positions in her church. e-mail: dianeherrpub@att.net |
Bill has been consulting to small businesses since 1996. His expertise is M&A and cost analysis/savings. He has had many years of experience with small manufacturing businesses and family run businesses in a variety of industries. President/CEO of Dustvent, Inc. and Edward W. Daniel Co. President of Standby Screw Machine and SP Manufacturing companies. Division President for Figgie Int'l. a Fortune 500 company. Bill also held various management positions at SP Manufacturing, Borg Warner and TRW including marketing, human resources, engineering, manufacturing and strategic planning. Bill is a graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Industrial Administration from the Krannert School at Purdue. He holds two patents. Bill has held volunteer positions in community and government organizations as well as his church.
